I recently purchased the tool AL 329 through this site and had it in my possession the very next day. While testing the tool I noticed that it did not work as it should. Sent an email with the problem to OBD and got an immediate response that I could return the tool ( at their expense ) and another one would be sent to me. No sooner said than done and a few days later I received the new tool and it works great!
