Web store software
Our web store is developed with software from Craft, we have chosen Byte for our web hosting. Personal information that you make available to us for our services will be shared with this party. Byte has access to your data to provide us with (technical) support, they will never use your data for any other purpose. Based on the agreement we have with them, Byte is obliged to take appropriate security measures. These security measures consist of the application of SSL encryption and a strong password policy. Regular backups are made to prevent loss of data.
We purchase web hosting and e-mail services from Byte. Byte processes personal information on our behalf and does not use your information for its own purposes. However, this party may collect metadata about the use of the services. This is not personal data. Byte has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent the loss and unauthorized use of your personal data. Byte is bound to secrecy under the agreement.
E-mail and mailing lists
Google Apps for business
We use the services of Google for our regular business e-mail traffic. This party has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent abuse, loss and corruption of your and our data as much as possible. Gmail has no access to our inbox and we treat all our e-mail traffic confidentially.
To handle (part of) the payments in our online store, we use the platform of Mollie. We collect reviews through Feedback Company's platform. If you leave a review through Feedback Company, you are required to provide your name, city and email address. Shipping and logistics
When you place an order with us, our job is to get your package delivered to you. We use the services of GLS to make the deliveries. This requires us to share your name, address and place of residence information with GLS. GLS uses this data solely for the purpose of executing the agreement.
