We offer you various payment methods in our secure payment environment, so that you can pay safely and easily in the way you want. Below you can find the most frequently asked questions and detailed information about payments.

How is the payment environment secured?

Our payment environment uses an SSL connection. This is a secure environment between you and the server of your bank, credit card company or a different payment method. In your browser you will see a lock next to our internet address, which means that the connection is secured.

Which payment methods are there?

The payment methods available differ per country, below you can find the most used payment methods, more methods are available at checkout.

  • Direct bank transfer (all countries)
    If you choose to pay for your order via bank transfer, you will receive an order confirmation by email with payment instructions for making a payment via your bank.

  • iDEAL payment (Netherlands)
    With iDEAL you can pay for your online purchase in a trusted, safe and easy way. As a consumer and company you can immediately use iDEAL. iDEAL is supported by almost all Dutch banks.

  • PayPal payment (all countries)
    If you have a PayPal account, you can purchase a product from us with extra purchase protection. We do not charge extra costs for a PayPal payment.

  • Credit card payment (all countries)
    You can pay quickly and easily via your credit card. We accept Mastercard, Visa and American Express. We do not charge any costs for using the credit card.

  • Klarna pay later (pay later) consumers (all countries)
    With 'Pay later' you pay for your order afterwards as soon as you have received it and have decided to keep it. This way you never pay for what you send back. You enter your name, address, place of residence, e-mail address and other information that you always have at hand and you pay when it suits you during the payment period of 14 days. Paying afterwards with Klarna is safe and easy. The payment details of your purchase can be found on the invoice you receive from us.
  • Bancontact (Belgium)
    With around 150,000 online transactions per day, Bancontact is the most commonly used payment method in Belgium. Bancontact is just as secure as iDEAL. We do not charge you for the costs of this payment method.

  • Belfius (Belgium)
    Belfius is one of the largest banks in Belgium. With the Belfius Pay Button, the bank provides its customers with their own payment solution. Consumers with a Belfius account can use the Belfius Pay Button to make direct payments from Belfius Direct Net, Belfius' online banking product, or via the app.

  • KBC/CBC (Belgium)
    The KBC/CBC Payment Button is an online payment method for customers of KBC and CBC, together the largest bank in Belgium. KBC focuses on Flanders and CBC on Wallonia. The banks offer their customers a payment button with which they can pay online easily and quickly. Customers pay for their online purchases from their own trusted online banking environment via the KBC/CBC Payment Button.

  • Giropay (Germany)
    Real-time bank transfers from Germany. As a result, the amount is directly with our bank and we can also immediately proceed to shipment.

  • Sofort (Germany)
    SOFORT Banking is TÜV certified, which guarantees that it is a safe method for making payments.

  • Przelewy24 (Poland)
    Przelewy24 is the most used payment method in Poland. Przelewy24 enables online payments for Polish consumers through a large number of Polish banks.

Can I pay cash?

Since we do not have a store and only accept online orders, we do not accept cash payments.

How long does the payment take?

An iDEAL, PayPal, credit card payment will be credited directly to our account, a direct bank transfer takes a maximum of 2 working days. After receipt of payment, the ordered product will be sent. Payments made via Klarna after pay will be sent immediately after acceptance of Klarna.
