The information on the website was clear and straightforward. I ordered on Thursday, and the next day delivery would be made (in Belgium). The same day I received a tracking number so I could follow up on my order. Afterwards, I received a message from GLS that my order would be delivered the next day (Friday). So far everything went smoothly. But the next day I was waiting in vain for my package. The GLS website kept saying that my parcel would be delivered that same day ... but in vain ! Then the weekend started, and delivery was only made on Monday.
