Great service and nice website. Quick response to questions via email. Understand people who want to tinker or troubleshoot their car themselves and are very customer friendly. Definitely not like OBD24U who just rejected me saying "We don't do business with you" because I asked a few questions via mail. This is not how you treat prospective customers.
