Communication with flaws. The track and tracing links (I received two different ones), both did not work. Both links gave an error code with the carrier in question. I did receive a response from ODB each time I reported it, which allowed me to maintain confidence in ODB. Eventually the product was delivered with only 1 day delay compared to other deliveries from the Netherlands. (Admittedly during our absence.)
