The build quality is very good. I have only used the product once, but it works fine. The menu is clear and there really are multiple car brands software loaded. This is unlike other brands of OBD scanners where you have to register the device and then (10) can load a number of brands (for free). After those 10 you can't switch. Previously had borrowed another brand and that multi-scanner was some loaded for a Fiat. The iSoftcare comes with a separate OBD cable (so replaceable if defective), a usb cable to connect to the PC, a Sandisc micro SD card of 32GB and a nice storage bag. A multilingual manual (unfortunately not yet in Dutch). All this comes in a beautiful package. In my opinion, highly recommended.
