This PRO Pack gives you one year access to all PRO features, such as live data and programming. After 12 months, you can easily purchase a new activation to renew your access.

SFD secure access:

Vehicle diagnostic protection (also known as SFD - Schutz Fahrzeug Diagnose) is an additional layer of security that requires authorization between the vehicle and the manufacturer.

It was introduced by Volkswagen AG to protect vehicle owners from fraud by providing visibility into who made changes to the vehicle when. SFD restricts functions such as modifications, codings and parameter trisations.

This protection applies to models produced from 2020 onwards based on the MQB Evo platforms (e.g. VW Golf 8, Škoda Octavia IV, Seat Leon IV, Audi A3 8Y, Q4) and MEB platforms (e.g. VW ID.3, ID.4, Škoda Enyaq).

The control units protected by SFD include: engine electronics, central electronics, instrument panel, gateway electronics, multimedia unit and more.

About OBDeleven's SFD Unlock

OBDeleven has developed an automatic SFD unlock function to simplify the use of SFD protection - in other words, to make the SFD protection virtually invisible. If the automatic SFD unlocking is enabled and you are trying to do, for example, long coding or modifications, or use One-Click Apps in a locked control unit, the OBDeleven VAG app will automatically request an SFD token from the Volkswagen servers, unlock the control unit and make the desired changes.
