Shipping and delivery
Unlike many other suppliers, we ship everything from our own stock. This way you know that your shipment will always be properly packaged and will reach you quickly. For some products we have to perform an update before shipment, or activate it at the manufacturer. As a result, we may not be able to ship some products the same day. It is therefore indicated with these products that they will not be delivered the next working day.
Below you can find everything about shipping. It can of course happen that something goes wrong in the shipment, we take care of this completely.
Please note, during the holidays we have an adjusted shipping schedule on the day before Christmas and on New Year's Eve. This does not apply to packages on other days.
December 24th (if working day) packages ordered until 12:00 will still be shipped. Everything after 12:00 will be shipped the next working day.
December 31st (if working day) packages ordered until 12:00 will still be shipped. Everything after 12:00 will be shipped the next working day.

What shipping carriers does Carvitas use?
We have contracts with many carriers, based on your address and size of the shipment, our system always chooses the fastest carrier to the address and country specified by you. The main carriers are:

How does shipping work at Carvitas?
The ordered product will be sent after receipt of payment with the service of one of the carriers mentioned above, depending on your location.
We pack your order in a sturdy shipping box. These boxes usually don't fit through your mailbox, so someone has to receive your order. The sturdy box ensures that your product remains well protected during transport to your address. In this way we can guarantee the quality of our products.
Can I collect an order?
No, it is not possible to collect an order at our place. We are an online shop only and do not have a physical store, so pick up is not one of the options. The product can only be ordered in our online shop. Because pick up is not an option with us, we always offer shipping at competitieve rates. In addition, you also have a 14-day return period after receipt of your product. This means that you can return your order within these 14 days if it is not to your liking.
Do I get a track and trace number?
You will receive a tracking number by email with which you can view the location of your package on the website of the parcel service.
Are shipments insured?
Yes, all our packages are shipped insured with a track and trace code. Our carriers are responsible for proper delivery to the address specified by you. We have made clear agreements about this to unburden you.
What if my package is lost?
If your package has been lost, please contact us. We will then initiate an investigation with our carrier. If the package cannot be found, we will send you a new shipment and claim the lost shipment from our insurance.
When we initiate an investigation with the carrier, this normally takes 5 working days. If we send you a new shipment and the lost shipment still arrives, you must report this to us, you will receive a return label from us so that we can receive the duplicate shipment back.
What if I entered the wrong address?
You are responsible for the entered data, but something can always go wrong, so we will do our best to help you.
If you have provided an incorrect address, or if part of the entered address is incorrect, please contact us directly via the contact form or at email@example.com. We will then immediately contact the carrier to change the address. .
Please note that it is not always possible to change the address to a different address if, for example, the delivery person is already on his way.
How fast will you ship the order?
We ship the ordered product as soon as possible after ordering and payment. Our shipping days are Monday to Friday at 5:00 PM. Delivery days are Monday to Friday, our carriers do not deliver on weekends. Orders placed on working days before 5:00 PM will be shipped the same day.
How much does shipping cost?
We deliver all purchases within the Netherlands and Belgium to your home free of charge. For other countries we do charge shipping costs. This differs per country. We always offer competitive shipping costs.
